Events

August 2017

In 2017 I attended the Airstream International Rally in Escanaba, MI.  Located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Because of the  large number of streamers arriving, WBCCI needed to assigned scheduled dates of arrival in order to accomondate the parking of some nearly 700 Airstreams. Even though the Rally did not officially kick off until 22 July, my assigned arrival date was on the 19th.

I was set up in the generator section on the fare side of the Escanaba Fair Grounds, and it just so happen that the most wonderful fellow streamers were parked next to me like Lindy Brown, aka, "Mitten Kitten" of the "Tin Can Tourist" Check out her blog on "Mitten Kitten"

to find out more about airstream glamping.

June 2018

I attended Aloomapalooza annual Airstream Rally at the "Mothership" headquarters of Airstream in Ohio. I was camped about an half hour drive away at Lake Loramie Campground, OH. It was a wonderful event.

Friends

There is something about living a nomadic life, people are open, friendly and helpful. At least that has been my experience so far.
